This is Koocheching and the population is under 50...we'll get back to you on that one! What we use for hydro here is we have to use generators and we get our water from the well. Which was only built last September...we still dont have band statues. There is only one phone here for public use, we use a tower to get a signal, with a radio phone, which is kind of staticy at times...there are about 15 houses here. We dont have any stores. To go shopping we go to keewaywin or to Sandy Lake, which is about half an hour ride to kww and about two hours to Sandy Lake.
